Miscellaneous

Light Duty Trans-Vac Suit

An easy to wear, light duty space suit, suitable for most non-combat ventures. When in use this suit appears to be a soft thin clear shell around the person wearing it. When not in use the suit collapses into a small (approximately 10 cm diameter) gell-like ball. The suit is thought activated, the wearer merelt wills the suit on (or off) to cause it to quickly flow around his body (quite disconcerting the first time one is used).

  • Life Support (Self Contained Breathing, Vacuum/Pressure, Radiation, Heat/Cold), OIF (Suit)

  • +5PD/+5ED, OIF (Suit)

Heavy Duty Trans-Vac Suit

A more durable, more cumbersome model of the Trans-Vac suit, suitable for more hazardous environments. When in use this suit appears to be a soft thin clear shell around the person wearing it. When not in use the suit collapses into a small (approximately 15 cm diameter) gell-like ball. The suit is thought activated, the wearer merelt wills the suit on (or off) to cause it to quickly flow around his body (quite disconcerting the first time one is used).

  • Life Support (Self Contained Breathing, Vacuum/Pressure, Radiation, Heat/Cold), OIF (Suit), Independent.

  • Armor 8PD/8ED, OIF (Suit), Independent, Mass Limitation - Half Mass(-1/2)

Flight Pack

In order to compensate for some members not having an inherent ability to fly, the Galactic Champions engineers whipped up a simple anti-grav and propulsion system small enough to be worn mounted on the back. The pack strap around the waist and shoulders. While relatively comfortable to wear while in flight, some find the weight of the pack cumbersome when walking.

Flight, 15", x4 Non-Combat Mutiple (120" total). 0 END. OIF (pack), Independent, Mass Limitation - Quarter Mass (-1/4) [Mass based on rules for determining mass of armor based on DEF, assuming a DEF of Active/5. Quarter Mass limitation extrapolated form existing Normal Mass and Half Mass limitations]
