BACKGROUND NOTES:Draxene has no arms or legs, and so does everything telekinetically. He has no mouth, and so communicates mentally. His alien metabolism will die quite rapidly in a Class M environment. He wears a force-field belt that provides his environmental needs. After his ship crashed and he had nowhere to go, he bumbled around Atlanta for a while. He fell in with the Miami Enclave and from there he found a knack for crime-fighting. Captain Justice talked him into working for the JLA and he proved a facile security guardian until he was gunned down by HYDRA.
