BACKGROUND NOTES:

Mind-Wave lived in Atlantis until his war-like ways brought him too much trouble and he moved to America. He worked with Cpt.Cuba in Miami for a long time. Hehad a human ID as Stewart a pro-scuba diver. He tends to attract under-age groupies and tends to get focused upon by agents in combat. When Cpt.Justice retired he was voted in as the leader of the JLA.
