Note:
It occured to me one day that despite the fact that so many Captain America 
write-ups have been done no one has ever done Bucky.  So I went ahead and did 
it.  Note that Bucky is written up as a hero-level character, not a superhero.
He was really just a non-powered human with good combat training.

Background: Yes this is Bucky, Captian America's original sidekick.  Bucky was 
believed to have been an orphan who was adopted by some Army camp as a mascot.  
He found out about Captian America's Secret ID when he saw him changing into 
uniform in his tent.  Cap decided to go ahead and make him his partner.  
He served bravely with CA for most of WWII untill he was supposedly killed by 
Baron Zemo.

Appearance: Brown Hair, blue eyes, wears a red and blue uniform with a 
black domino mask.
