Explanation of the conversion: In Champions terms Kendra is a martial artist with slightly enhanced strength and speed. The Damage Reduction is based on her ability to roll with punches as to not take full damage, she doesn't get it is she is taken by surprise. The combat levels that kick in only the second time she fights someone are based on her ability to learn from a foe. When she faces a powerful foe a second time they don't seem to give her as much of a problem. History: Kendra was the Slayer called after Buffy Summers was killed in a fight with the Master. In an unusual twist Buffy was then saved with C.P.R. by Xander Harris and there were two Slayers in the world at the same time. Kendra met Buffy when Kendra went to Sunnydale, California under the instruction of her Watcher because signs pointed to the rising of a great evil. That evil ended up being the return of the vampire Drusilla to health through a ritual Spike conducted using Drusilla's sire Angel. Kendra and Buffy teamed up to stop Spike, but were only partly successful. Kendra left Sunnydale on good terms with her sister Slayer (What's My Line Part 1 2.09 & Part 2 2.10). Kendra returned to Sunnydale when signs pointed to the rise of the demon Acathla. She brought a sword that could be used to slay the demon, but Kendra was killed by Drusilla. Buffy used the sword to stop Acathla (Becoming Part 1 2.21 & Becoming Part 2 2.22). The death of Kendra lead to the calling of the Slayer known as Faith. Powers: Kendra is the Slayer, and has the usual powers of one. She has enhanced strength, toughness and speed and a natural fighting ability augmented by her years of training in combat.
