He was created to serve the mad ruler/movie-maker Mojo, but instead he lead a band of freedom fighters. Each of his hands has only three fingers, and a thumb. He is incredibly lucky, and almost child-like in his innocence. The skill levels are intended to represent how he can use his luck to his advantage. Being lucky is an important part of this character's concept, and the player and GM should both keep this in mind. He carries a bandolier of small throwing knives.
