Origin:
Description: Power-Skrull is an accomplished shapeshifter, like many
Skrulls. His normal form is that of a large and muscular Skrull male
standing 6'2'' tall and weighing 300 lbs. or 600 lbs. when in metal form.
He normally has green eyes and skin, pointed ears and a furrowed chin. He
usually wears only his blue and green Skrull military uniform which
provides life support while he is in space and shapeshifts with him.
History: Like his fellow officer in the Skrull military, the Super-Skrull,
Paibok was bionically engineered to grant him a number of super powers.
Although it was never mentioned who, if anyone, his powers are immitating,
they seem close to certain members of the X-Men. Paibok was the Skrull
that came up with the idea to kidnap Alicia Masters during the Secret Wars
and replace her with a Skrull operative. This operative, Lyja, would be
successful for several years.
When fineally discovered, the Fantastic Four made their way to the asteroid
where the real Alicia was being kept. Once there they faced Paibok
(Fantastic Four #358).
Paibok has confronted the Fantastic Four a number of times from then on. He
has occasionally found allies like Devos, Huntara, Klaw, and Lyja, but
these alliances never last, and he is ultimately loyal only to the Skrull
empire.
Powers: The Power-Skrull is a masterpiece of Skrull bionic engineering. He
seems to have the ability to immitate the some of the powers of the X-Men
Colossus, Havok, Iceman and Storm. He can turn into organic metal,
increasing his armor and strength, fire plasma blasts from his hands, form
ice bonds and shoot ice bolts, fly and shoot lightning. He only seems to
be able to immitate two sets of power at any one time. Paibok's engineered
powers require painful daily treatments to maintain or they fade away. He
has the equipment on his ship to give himself these treatments.
Like all Skrulls Paibok is a shapeshifter. He can change his appearance,
but so far has limited himself to humanoids of about the same size. Like
all Skrulls he has a photographic memory, can go into a death-like trance
and heals quickly from damage and can slowly regrow limbs,
