	I am working on the assumption that powers used via the VPP will have 
	the 0 END advantage applied, and have sized the VPP accordingly.  
	Typically, what this would amount to is the ability to have three 50 
	point (0 END) powers active at the same time (an offense, a defense, 
	and a movement).

Appearance: Blond hair, blue eyes.  Just now starting to visibly hit middle age.

Background: Alan Scott was a passenger of a train when it crashed, whilst in 
the wreckage he found a green lantern, which he used to escape from the crash 
(from which he was the only survivor) he found that the lantern had some 
special powers. He formed a ring with the power and adopted the name "Green 
Lantern". He then help found both the All-Star Squadron and the Justice 
Society of America. Alan Scott retired along with the rest of the JSA when 
asked to reveal his secret identity by the House of Un-American Activities 
Committee in 1951. 9 years ago, JSA reunites to team-up with the JLA, then 5 
years later they journeyed to limbo to prevent Ragnarok (the end of the world) 
and remain there for 2 years. JSA retire after several members die in the 
battle against Extant and Alan Scott's ring get's depowered, but Scott 
retained the power of the Starheart and went on to fight as Sentinel.
