First appearance: X-Factor #7 Origin: X-Factor #16 Description: Sally is an attractive blonde haired, blue eyed woman who is 5'5'' tall and weights 115 lbs. History: Sally was a runaway who joined up with the Morlocks. When another mutant named Rusty Collins was being persued by Freedom Force she acted to protect him. While she was being pursued by Freedom Force she was saved by X-Factor, and became one of their students. With them she learned to control her powers, which had been stuck on. Sally and Rusty became members of the X-Terminators, a group of young mutant trainees, and together they fought against N'astirh during the Inferno invasion of New York City. While diving with her teammates they discovered an ancient Atlantean horn that summoned sea monsters. After they accidentially called one they were joined by the New Mutants and Namor in defeating it (New Mutants #76). She then joined the New Mutants along with most of the other X-Terminators II. When Blevins learned that Freedom Force planned to turn over abducted mutant children to the federal government for exploitation, she and Collins tried to stop them but were captured instead. Blevins was freed from her prison cell by Collins, to help him stop the criminals known as Vulture and Nitro. She was able to defeat Nitro, but was injured and recaptured by Freedom Force. Blevins and Collins were set free by the Mutant Liberation Front and and brainwashed into serving their leader Stryfe. Blevins had been a member of the Mutant Liberation Front for a short time when she and Rusty Collins were captured by the government and was rescued by X-Force and brought to Magneto, who cured them of the mind control. Rusty and Skids then joined his Acolytes and tried living on his space station. During a battle with the mutant Holocaust, Rusty Collins was killed and Blevins was injured. Blevins was taken to the X-Men's mansion for medical attention. While there she left the mansion without being noticed and her current whereabouts are unknown. Powers: Skids is a mutant with the ability to completely cover herself in a frictionless and super-strong force field. Under training with X-Factor, she learned how to expand her field to protect others.
