History: Julie was granted her power by a dying Kymelian, along with her sister and two brothers. First gaining the power to fly at amazing speeds she took the codename Lightspeed (Power Pack #1). After the Snark Jakel tried to steal the Power kids powers the her powers were switched with those her brother Jack had and she became Molecula the Mistress of Density. Her sister Katie got her powers (Power Pack #25). Her original power was eventually returned to her and she changed her code name Starstreak II (Power Pack #52). Powers: Julie has control over the force of acceleration and can fly at speeds in excess of the speed of sound. She can also create a force field around herself that protects her from friction and wind at high speeds. When she flies she leaves a rainbow trail behind her. With concentration she is able to heal herself and others. She recently discovered how to use her power to teleport great distances. Julie was given a suit by the Kymelians that she can summon at will from another dimension.
