He stands 6'2'' tall and weighs 606 lbs. Explanation of the conversion: The two sets of Characteristics represent him in human and combat form. History: This zoanoid type was designed, by Doctor Hamilcal Valkus, with the primary purpose of producing massive amounts of bio-electrical energy, to give the Hyperzoanoid Team 5 a substantial tactical advantage. Examples include the ability to suppliment the Zx-Tole's energy reserves, or disable enemy/target power and/or communication systems, or simply electricute a given target. Powers: Like most zoanoids Elegen can change from a human form into that of a powerful monster. In his combat form Elegen is able to lift about 3.3 tons. He can run at about 60 mph. Elegen can generate massive electrical discharges on his body, which effect his opponents when he strikes. He has a number of tenticle whips. When he generates an electrical charge he can fly at 10 mph. Character created by Yoshiki Takaya. Champions rules conversion by Mathew R. Ignash - mathewignash@yahoo.com. Last Updated - October, 2001
