Background: 

This one is a real bad egg. She organized the so-called Legion of Super 
Rejects. When that didn't work out she persuaded Magno Lad and Micro Lad to 
join the Legion of Super Villains with her. She acts as the team's discipline
officer and keeps some of the weak-willed members of the team in line.
