She has a biohazard symbol tattooed on her left shoulder. Explanation of the conversion: In Champions terms Melaka is a martial artist with slightly enhanced strength and speed. The Damage Reduction is based on her ability to roll with punches as to not take full damage, she doesn't get it is she is taken by surprise. The combat levels that kick in only the second time she fights someone are based on her ability to learn from a foe. When she faces a powerful foe a second time they don't seem to give her as much of a problem. History: Melaka Fray was born in the 23rd century. She grew up on the streets of Manhatten with her older sister Erin and a twin brother. Ever since she was a teenager she knew she was stronger and faster then normal, but she accepted it without question. She learned thievry and eventually became a break in artist who would become employed by the mutant Gunther. Erin joined law enforcement, and the two sisters grew apart. At the age of 19 Melaka was approached by the demon Urkonn about her destiny as the Chosen One, the Vampire Slayer. Although she didn't accept the existance as demons or vampires at first, she learned the freaks known as lurks were vampires. Although she refused to give up her job as a thief, she agreed to train as the Slayer. Powers: Melaka is the Slayer, and has the usual powers of one.
