Rick Jones is Marvel Comics most prolific character they have ever had.
He really has no super-powers except for the time that the Supreme 
Intelligence untapped his full psychic potential.  He first appeared in the 
first appearance of the HULK.  He has since then hung out with the Avengers, 
Captian America, Captian Marvel, ROM, and many others.  He has rather 
exceptional combat skills because he has been trained by the best;
Captain America.

Recently of this writing Rick has merged together with the new Captain Marvel
and probably doesn't have the unable to walk limitations so feel free to 
eliminate that.
